You are required to work collaboratively in a safe, caring and respectful way.An opportunity has arisen within the Clinical Physiology Department for an enthusiastic and motivated Specialist Cardiac Physiologist to work within a progressive multidisciplinary department.Candidates should have experience of and be competent in a wide range of invasive and non-invasive cardiology investigations including diagnostic cardiac catheterisation and Brady device follow up. The post holder will take a lead role in Exercise Tolerance Tests providing input to the Chest Pain Assessment Unit and Rapid Access Chest Pain Clinics, also analyse and report a high number of 24 – 72 hour monitors which includes input to the Physiologist led Arrhythmia Pathway Service. The candidate would be required to have basic supervisory skills in order to appropriately manage staff. A new, purpose built Acute Cardiac Care Unit and Cardiac Day Unit has recently opened within Crosshouse Hospital.Candidates should have :
