Are you in the Ayrshire looking to work for a house builder who puts the customer first Would you like to work for a private housebuilder who focus on creating premium family developments creating the perfect house for their buyers Our client is looking for a Site Manager who has experience working within the private housing sector and had an eye for details ensuring that they continue to grow the companys reputation. This position will be ideal for someone with a proven track recordof working for a private house builder who prides themselves on doing a good job first time. As the Site Manager you would be responsible for: Managing the construction of a development, including all associated pre and post housebuilding works, ensuring that targets are met regarding health and safety, delivery to build programme quality, customers care, and cost. Ensuring compliance on site at all times to the company health and safety standards and processes, building regulations and overall quality standards. Carrying out toolbox talks or similar on-site briefings. Deliver a high standard of site presentation at all times. To be considered you must have a strong track record working within the private residential sector and have all relevant qualifications including an SMSTS, CSCS card and First Aid. With sites due to start in June you would be able to make your mark on a brand new site in Kilmarnock. In return you will receive a competitive salary, bonus, pension and private medical insurance.
