Job Description

Resource Planning and Dialler Manager - KilmarnockThis is a great opportunity for someone who is an experienced people leader with dialler management experience. We are looking for someone who is experienced in a multi-channel contact centre environment who is able to focus on capacity planning whilst managingthe team day to day.This is a fast-paced and at times demanding role so we are looking for someone who thrives under pressure and is able to bring enthusiasm and drive to the team. You have strong communication and presenting skills and are Microsoft Office literate. You arecapable of providing MI and reports - analysing the data and making decisions based on this. Working from our clients Kilmarnock office, where you will be a key partner reporting into the Head of Dialler Services with matrix reporting to the Head of UK CoreOperations.This is an exciting opportunity for a contact centre professional who is strong in both technical skill and team leadership. There is a strong emphasis on communicating regularly and effectively with senior stakeholders, and there will be an opportunityto support with dialler optimisation across our European operations.
