Nuclear Project Engineer£20.84 PAYE/£28.00ph Umbrella15 month contractAyrshire, Scotland - WFHAdvantage Resourcing are working in partnership with an organisation operating within the nuclear sector to find a talented Nuclear Project Engineer to support operations for the clients Ayrshire facility on a WFH basis.To be considered for this role you will be a Nominated Responsible Engineer under MCP 99, have detailed knowledge of High Activity Waste processing and the management of waste metrics. Knowledge of remotely operated systems is also required.Typical actions here will include to:* Identify project functional requirements and stakeholder needs for assigned project. * Contribute to production of Project Execution Plan including design, safety case and commissioning strategies. * Support project optioneering process. * Develop concept design and fit for purpose engineering solution for projects * Produce and/or approve project technical specifications. * Manage detailed design activities in accordance with design authority standards. * Prepare modification proposals as required, acting as a Nominated Responsible Engineer where appointed. * Carry out technical assessment/approval of contractors work instructions/method statements/risk assessments.
