Key responsibilities of aBranch ManagerEstate Agent:Running aprofitable and well organised office providing an effective,efficient andprofessional estate agency service to customers. Leading by example and delegating tasks with the aim to exceedstandardsof performance and targets set. Optimising every opportunity to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, reservations, sales and mortgage introductions.Motivating your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive thetrainingandsupport they need to flourish in their career.Skills and experience required to be a successfulBranch ManagerEstate Agent:
  • Preferably an experiencedBranch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Residential Sales Managerora Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Lister, Valuer looking to progress
  • DemonstrableSales Management experience
  • Able to generate new business in atarget driven environment
  • Proven experience managing, leading andmentoring a team
  • Outstanding customer care /customer serviceexperience
  • Resilient,positive, organised, numerate anddetail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • AFull UK driving licence
