Job Description

This comes with a unique benefits package designed to nurture your wellbeing and personal development.About the opportunityAs Web and CRM Executive youll support the delivery and measurement of Pukkas digital marketing strategy, specifically across our website and email campaigns. Working to deliver Pukkas CRM strategy, youll have the opportunity to help shape the future of our direct marketing and digital marketing activity.Working closely with the Digital Lead youll be responsible for the full range of CRM communications activation. This includes ensuring content planning aligns with key messages throughout the year, briefing in content and creation of mails, creating personalised streams of content, testing, reviewing optimisation and globally sharing best practice. Youll also manage external CRM support, and the Unilever interface.As Web and CRM Executive youll also support with the delivery of Pukkas SEO strategy, undertake keyword research across content themes, monitor rankings for keywords, and provide evaluation and recommendations for improvements. Youll format content for Pukkas websites using a CMS and troubleshoot any technical problems with the support of our digital agencies. Using Google Analytics, youll monitor and evaluate progress against digital KPIs and provide regular progress reports.About youA digital and direct marketing enthusiast, youll have a passion for using online channels to create enriching customer experiences. Youll possess excellent organisation skills and have experience of working in a similar marketing role in a fast-paced, in-house or agency digital team. Unflappable in the face of numerous conflicting priorities, youll have a flexible approach to work and be able to change gear quickly as events demand.A solid understanding of digital principles, direct marketing and basic web technologies are needed. Youll have experience of building email campaigns using a known platform, preferably Adobe Campaign, and have experience of running SEO and PPC campaigns. Ideally, youll have experience of using a CMS, such as Adobe AEM, and have used Microsoft Dynamics or another CRM platform to create data filters.Passionate about analytics, youll be curious, naturally inquisitive and have a high level of attention to detail.
