Job Description

Clover has a wealth of experience in the renovation of listed properties all over the West of England.Our client is looking for an experienced Site Manager. They are based in Keynsham construction repair and maintenance company and work in 50 mile radius.Experience of the insurance repair sector would be an advantageDuties:

  • To project manage jobs through to completion, efficiently and safely, whilst keeping toprofessional standards and within budget
  • Work closely with the Directors/Surveyors and tradesmen.
  • Achieving target completion dates as agreed with the Management team, and keeping them informed of jobs progress including any labour issues. and other relevant information.
  • Monitoring works orders & invoicing.
  • Inspire and motivate the teams. Give day to day guidance, mentoring and job instruction as required.
  • Promote professional standards regarding the care & quality of the work.
  • Face 2 face feedback with staff.
  • Candidate Requirements:
  • Feedback any staff issues to the appropriate member of staff.
  • A SMSTS (Site Managers Safety Training Scheme) certificate will be required for this role.
  • Experience of the insurance repair sector is an advantage.
  • Must have a full driving licence
  • Health & Safety· Comply to the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974.· Develop & ensure site inductions are completed by all on site (tradesman & visitors etc).· Promote good working practices.To apply for the position, please click the APPLY button and forward a copy of your CV.
