Our client is a high growth and very fast paced business and they are looking to recruit a payroll supervisor to join the team to help with the increased workload. This role needs someone who has excellent end to end payroll experience and who can overseea small team of payroll assistants ensuring the processing is completed in an accurate and timely way. This is a demanding role ensuring accurate and timely delivery of a number of monthly payrolls for up to 15000 employees in the UK&I. Youll be responsiblefor maintaining processes & procedures and introducing improvements where necessary, assisting with the Pension Scheme administration including the Auto-enrolment requirements and ensuring contributions are calculated correctly and paid over to the pensionprovider on time. Youll make sure the high volume of Payroll & HMRC reconciliations are maintained and youll support with creating new payrolls for acquired businesses and ensuring that HMRC are updated with all changes. This is a payroll position that willkeep you challenged and constantly problem solving in order to make the processes as slick and efficient as possible.
