We are recruiting an OD Business Partner to support the development of a new waste and recycling centre at Pixash Lane just off the A4 near Keynsham.Our frontline staff are hard-working and responsible, who we want to retain in competitive employment markets. This means we have a timebound opportunity to engage with these employees currently based at different locations and carrying out similar but differentjobs, with some variations of processes, working practices and terms & conditions.The functions of the site will mean new structures and ways of working will be needed and the introduction of new systems and processes to support these changes, with training and embedding.This is a significant transformation project for the service areas. As a member of the HR&OD Team as well as the Pixash Project Team, your role will be to help managers lead change, develop fresh thinking and new insights so that we can continue to deliverservices which directly contribute to the Councils Strategic Priorities, including Improving Peoples Lives.You will be part of a wider HR & OD team and will work collaboratively with your colleagues to ensure continuous improvement in our ways of working. You will be involved in developing new OD interventions as well as improving existing ones in key areas suchas performance management, management development, digital skills, coaching and mentoring helping us to ensure robust change management, excellent communications and real staff engagement at all times.If you are an experienced OD Professional, with demonstrable experience and knowledge in the following key areas:
