A great time to join their period of rapid expansion and have a positive impact.About the role:As IVC Evidensia operates a high growth model and continues to grow at a rapid pace, they are now looking for a Management Accountant to join their Mainland Europe team. You will be working within the specific country combined Integration and BAU financeteam, to produce the management accounts for the Spanish/Portuguese Clinics whilst supporting business growth within the regions.This role, and the acquisitions team generally, are fundamental to the Companys group strategy of Acquire, Build and Create.The role is within the Support Operations Centre in the Chocolate Factory (Keynsham) with a Hybrid Working Contract that allows for both office based and home working. Working hours are flexible between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.Responsibilities:

• Sales reconciliations and working with the in-country team and other Shared Service Centre stakeholders to manage and understand the drivers for control accounts and debtors walk balances
• Ownership and production of clinic P&Ls, Balance Sheet reconciliations, identifying risks and opportunities, to include liaison with in-country teams where appropriate. Involvement in VAT, budget creation and management and intercompany accounting.
• Providing results commentary to the in-country team and line manager
• Supporting the in-country team with queries and processes
• Identify and recommend process improvements to ensure efficient and fit for purpose
• Support on audit and audit queries when required
• Support the wider team as required to ensure deadlines and queries are dealt with efficiently.
• Supporting wider business project to improve process efficiencies and achieve the best financial outcome for the business.

What we are looking for:

• Qualified Accountant - ACCA/ CIMA Qualified or AAT 4 as a minimum level
• Prior experience of Management Accounting.
• Fluent in Portuguese and/or Spanish is essential, you must be able to communicate with their Clinics across the Iberia region.
• Ability to adapt and be flexible, and work in a fast-paced environment and react to needs of the business.
• Excellent IT skills, including intermediate excel (proficient in pivot/v-look up, basic formulas)
• Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude.
• Ability to fit into a strong, supportive team culture.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships both within the team and wider business teams.
