We are seeking an individual who enjoys working with young people; someone who is driven to make a difference to childrenslives and has good communication and organisational skills. Within this role, you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to be responsible for implementing, administering and overseeing the range of systems in place to support behaviour and inclusionacross the academy.Broadlands Academy is an 11-16 learning community and proud to be part of Academies Enterprise Trust family of schools.
