Trainers at St Monica Trust ensure we meet regulatory requirements for training interventions as well as helping colleagues reach their full potential and feel informed and supported enabling them to care for our residents with dignity & respect. Our trainingteam is extremely passionate about delivering quality training irrespective of role and are endorsed by Skills for Care.Your specialism will either be in health and social care sector already or someone who is an experienced trainer with a passion to work in the care sector.Your role will predominantly be delivering Induction and other Mandatory training required for every role across the Trust. Including Moving & Handling of People, Safeguarding Adults at Risk, Basic Life Support, Promoting Dignity in Care & Mental CapacityAct to name a few. Full training can be given on all topics.35 hours per week, 08.30 - 16.30 Monday - Friday to include 1 weekend in 6 with day offs in lieu to be agreed.If this sounds like the role for you, we would love to hear from you!
