Job Description

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of top-tier domiciliary care services. Your responsibilities will encompass both field-based functions and office-based administrative tasks.Key duties include:

  • Ensuring the highest levels of care provision.
  • Maintaining an unwavering commitment to quality.
  • Managing and supervising a team of field-based carers, ensuring adequate coverage and coordination.
  • Conducting care plans, supervisions, appraisals, and support visits with carers.
  • Organizing and managing work schedules.
  • Filling short-term unassigned shifts to guarantee uninterrupted client care.
  • Supporting the recruitment process.
Qualifications and Skills:To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • Previous experience in staff supervision, ideally in a Team Leader, Field Care Supervisor, or Care Coordinator role.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Minimum Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care Adults.
  • Experience working in domiciliary or residential care settings.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
