  • Salary: £20,755
  • Location: Keynsham
  • Contract: Permanent, 39 hours per week
  • Hours: Rotating shift patterns of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, and 8:45 am - 5:45 pm
  • 28 days holiday per year + your birthday off!

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
  • Providing excellent customer service via telephone, email, live chat, or messages
  • Prioritising customer orders and requests and resolving any complaints about issues in their orders
  • Maintaining thorough and accurate customer service records whilst keeping it private and secure
  • Liaising with company suppliers to arrange collections, deliveries, item repairs, correspondence, and email management as needed
  • Working as part of a great team to drive positive company sales results
Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:
  • Experience working in any customer service environment such as a contact centre, retail, or hospitality
  • Full driving licence
  • Positive mindset and proactive attitude towards work
  • Confident, friendly telephone manner
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Great work ethic with the ability to work as part of a team
