Job Description

WAREHOUSE OPERATIVESWORKING 5 DAYS OUT 7 (MAY INVOLVE SOME WEEKEND WORKING ) : 14.00 - 22.00£13.74 PER HOUR BASIC /£17.49 PER HOUR OVERTIMEPeople Solutions are looking for Warehouse Operatives to work for us at our Clients Warehouse in Kettering.The Warehouse islocated at NN14 3JW and is well connected to Kettering, Corby, Thrapston and Islip for those with their own transport, just off junction 12 of the A14.THESE ARE FULL-TIME POSITIONS AND ARENOTSUITABLE FOR STUDENTS IN FULL-TIME EDUCATIONYOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A WAREHOUSE AND ON LLOPS FOR THIS ROLEYou will need your own transport to get to the Warehouse.You will need to speak/read a certain level of English for this role so that you can follow instruction and be safe on site.Working Days and Shift Times:Work 5 days out of 7, which may involve some weekend working.

  • Late Shift:(2pm-10pm) £13.20 per hour (£16.82 per hour overtime)

  • Punctuality and good time-keeping skills
  • Must have own transport due to the location of the site
  • Must be able to speak/read a certain level of English to follow instruction and be safe on site
  • Flexibility and ability to work overtime as and when required
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines
  • This is a physical role so you must be physically fit as you will need to lift and carry items up to 20kg
  • You must pass a Drug & Alcohol Test
  • You must pass a basic English & Numeracy Test
  • You must have the Right to Work in the UK and be able to prove this
  • Must have experience working in a warehouse and on LLOPS for this role
