Company description:CEVA Logistics headoffice B.V.Job description:About the roleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Compliance Controller at our new Kettering site.Reporting into the Warehouse Manager,you will manage warehouse functions ensuring that operational activities are smooth and efficient,making surewe meet and exceed CEVA and customer expectations. You will manage all functions working in an operation for a new client, including inbound, put away, picking andoutboundensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to. You will ensure the operationin line with client requirements in order to achieve operational targets and KPIs and ensure employees are adequately trained to cover holiday, sickness and absences. You will have full responsibilityofHSEQ and SCA compliance, also management of site maintenance.You will also manage the operational facilities on a day-to-day basis to ensure that cost effective maintenance and security arrangements are in place to prevent disruptions to efficient operations.Maintaining an optimal level of operational efficiency and resources at all times, ensuring operational procedures and processes meet quality requirements, and driving performance improvements through auditing processes and robust reporting mechanisms.Investigatingservice failures and ensuringthat appropriate remedial actions are put in place and regularly review internal Warehouse Management procedures with a view to continuous improvement.Our ideal candidate will be a confident commuincator & greatinterpersonal skills, organisational and problem solving skillset as well asbeing computer litterateIf this sounds like the role for you, apply below.
