We therefore offer a host of developmental and progression opportunities to ensure we nurture our people, allowingthem to grow with us.Were looking for Warehouse Admins to join our new site in Kettering, this will be on an initial 6 months fixed term contract.Shifts --5 from 7-6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm-23k Annual salaryKey Accountabilities of the role:

  • Responsible for Administrative and Warehouse processes as allocated by the Admin Supervisor
  • Organise and control all the administration functions in support of the contract.
  • To achieve and maintain productivity and performance levels as set and agreed with the Team Leader.
  • Monitor procedural compliance by undertaking random and regular spot checks on all tasks.
  • Ensure training for new team members and cross training is planned and executed.
  • To ensure Clipper operational and H&S procedures and policies are adhered to at all times.
  • To be able to work as a team member and effectively communicate with all colleagues.
  • To operate IT systems as required.
  • To process paperwork and administrative duties as required.
  • To comply with all Site and Company processes and policies.
  • To be able to work quickly and accurately according to operational needs.
  • To carry out duties as instructed by your Team Leader
Required skills, knowledge and experience:
  • Experience with IT/PC equipment.
  • Computer literate, experience of WMS & MS office packages
  • Good analytical and numerical skills
  • Good communicatorboth verbal and written
  • Ability to pay attention to detail and maintain a right first time culture
  • To be flexible and willing to undertake different tasks
  • To communicate effectively - both written and verbally in English
  • Ability to work within a rapidly changing environment
