Job Description

Systems Developer - Kettering, Full-TimeFully Office BasedSalary Range: £27,500 - £35,000Responsibilities:

  • Develop alternative solutions for global business units (Office 365, web-based solutions).
  • Provide technical support for custom integration applications.
  • Manage reporting servers, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Analyze processes using SQL queries and maintain data sets.
  • Collaborate on system changes and enhance documentation.
  • Enforce change management processes and define business terms.
  • Create reports using Tableau and SSRS.
  • Train users for self-servicing management information.
  • Ensure efficient data structure alignment with IT teams.
  • Prioritize workload based on ROI.
  • Support process improvement and validate data sources.
Skills:
  • Strong process logic and data visualization skills.
  • Proficient in SQL server technologies and Microsoft applications.
  • Creative problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Essential:
  • Strong process logic skills required.
  • Experience in data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI and SSRS.
  • Good understanding of SQL server technologies; SSMS, SSRS, SSIS.
  • Creative ability to develop solutions that are resilient, user friendly and simple to maintain.
  • Experience of data analysis & process mapping.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
Desirable:
  • Experience in business requirement documentation.
  • Knowledge of MS Access/VBScript, Power Platform, and data migration.
