Job Description

  • LOCATION: Kettering, Northamptonshire

About the Role: We have an exciting new opportunity for our client based in Kettering for a Supply Chain Co-ordinator. The role is with an established and growing business. Our client offers a wide range of benefits which include:

As a Supply Chain Co-ordinator you will be responsible for:
  • Processing invoices and resolving invoice queries
  • Receiving and processing of orders, including EDI and manual orders
  • Effective management and communication with 3PLs and reporting their performance
  • Investigating and resolving delivery discrepancies, including raising credit notes where appropriate
  • Production of month end stock reconciliation and adjustments reporting
  • Periodic reporting as required by the contract
Requirements: In this role you will maintain effective communication with the customer and clients to deliver order fulfilment to contracted service standards.The successful candidate will:
  • Have good knowledge of using Microsoft office and Excel in an operations role
  • Have experience using accountancy software, preferably QuickBooks, Xero and Sage
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively internally and externally
  • Have relevant experience in a role covering the same areas
