SEMH Teaching Assistant - Kettering - Immediate Start - Social, Emotional and Mental Health Support - KetteringAre you passionate about supporting students social, emotional and mental health Looking to gain some experience and develop your understanding further Wanting to grow your career into social working, Safeguarding roles, SENCO, mental health assistance/ support roles This could be the perfect stepping stone for you!As a SEMH teaching assistant you will be working within schools to support students emotional regulation and mental health. This could include creating coping mechanisms while completing work / learning or supporting the student to create methods of de escalation.You will be creating a toolbox with the student to help them learn methods of coping and control over their emotions and feelings.SEMH Teaching Assistant - Kettering - Immediate Start - Social, Emotional and Mental Health Support -This school is highly accommodating an understanding of the childs needs and is looking for someone who can support the child with their education and learning, mental health and well-being, socialisation and emotional regulation both inside and outsideof the classroom.
