Job Description

Security Engineer required by our client, a Fire and Security company who perform Installation and maintenance services around Northamptonshire and surrounding areas. They are looking for a service biased security engineer due to the growthof the business.Our client is looking for an individual who has had previous experience of performing install/service/ maintenance of electronic security systems. The candidate would be carrying out both installation and servicing of CCTV, Intruder Alarms and Access Controland would be covering both Domestic and commercial work sites.Security Engineer Position Overview

  • Field based Security Installation / Service Engineer required by our client to perform install/service/maintenance of CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control.
  • Responding to call out
  • Carrying out onsite preventative maintenance visits
  • Corrective maintenance and fault finding
  • Completing job sheets and paperwork
  • Communicating with customers and office staff effectively
Security Engineer Position Requirements
  • 3+ years experience of working with fire and security systems on a service basis.
  • Full UK Drivers license and happy with work within 30 miles of Kettering
  • Experience of security systems i.e. Galaxy, Scantronic, Hikvision, Castle
  • Fire Alarm systems experience desirable
  • Security Screening
Security Engineer Position Remuneration
  • Salary: £28,000- £32,000
  • Working hours: 8am- 5pm
  • Holiday package: 20 days +8BH
  • 1 in Call out 6 (£275 a week, called out 1-2 a week on average)
  • Company van and fuel card
  • Uniform
  • Pension
