The Radiology Directorate invites applications for a position of Speciality Grade Doctor for at least 23 months, with the possibility of extension.It is essential that all applicants have a minimum of 4 years’ experience within Radiology. They should have at least FRCR 1 or 2A . They should be fully registered with the GMC at the time of enrolment and, hold a current licence to practice.The post is available for initially for a period of 23 months, but can be extended by mutual agreement with the Clinical Lead, or converted into a Consultant post, on satisfactory completion of FRCR. This post provides an excellent opportunity for a doctor to finish their final FRCR exam, further their experience and skills in the field of radiology and develop their sub speciality interest.
