Job Description

Office AdministratorStarting salary: £25,000 per annumMonday - Friday, 8:30am-5pm (37.5 hours per week). No weekendsKettering. Office based.PermanentMatch Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of their client based in Kettering. Our client has a global product and a world class reputation within their industry. Youll be working within their team of x5 people. This role will be 80% administrative and20% telephone based. We need a highly organised and experienced Administrator, with demonstrable previous (and recent) experience within a fast paced and demanding administration - office based position.Summary of the role:Our client is very unique in the way they sell their products. Unlike the traditional B2B method of selling, our client has an established and highly successful franchisee model of owner Operators that operate across the UK selling our clients productswithin an agreed postcode area. Your role is to support with the administration of setting up new Franchisees and closing Franchisees that have finished with the business.Typical duties within your role:Assist new Franchisees with their start-up which includes:

  • All License applications
  • Bank Account set-up
  • Prepare sign-up contracts
  • VAT Registration
  • Assist with Driving requirements
  • Book training requirements
Assist Franchises checking out of the Franchise which includes:
  • Cancellation of licenses
  • Termination notices
  • Preparation of RA Audit paperwork
  • Coordinating the unload
Other duties:
  • Franchisee Licence Checking: monitor all Franchisee licence requirements, proactively chase and ensure they remain up to date
  • Franchisee Agreements & Associated Documents: monitor and maintain all required legal documentation for each Franchisee
