SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Nightshift Supervisor for my client in Kettering. Permanent role-6-day operationworking pattern to be advised up to £40,000 -DOETHE ROLE:The role of Shift Supervisor will be pivotal to ensure the smooth running of the facility Provide full support to the Site Manager (Day shift) Manage day to day production ensuring that daily targets are met Manage day to day staffing issues Deal with any Health and Safety Issues Prepare a hand over On the night shift you will be expected to manage the facility Manage the night operation and manage issues effectively, liaising with departments or suppliersin the event of a major problem that could potentially affect production Manage staffing issues Deal with Health and Safety issuesWHAT YOULL NEED Proven industry background would be a distinct advantage Experience in managing a production facility Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations Be able to react and resolve problems quickly Have excellent communication skills both with production staff and senior management Have a can-do attitude and have a sense of urgency Be able to compile detailed reports Competitive Salary up to £40,000DOE Excellent working conditions in a brand-new facility Free Parking Spacious canteen area with full facilities Showers available night shift patterntimes to be advised 6-day operationworking pattern to be advisedIf this sounds like you, please do get in touch and hope to speak soon!For more information or to apply please email or apply directly via this advert.
