Job Description

We have an opportunity for a full-time, experienced Mechanic / Vehicle Technician to join our busy workshop in Kettering.Mechanic / Vehicle TechnicianKettering, NN14 1EZ

  • Full time, permanent
  • £24,000 - £36,000 per annum
  • Full UK driving licence is essential

Due to continued success, we are expanding our operations. This Mechanic / Vehicle Technician role is based in our latest branch in Kettering.About you:The ideal applicant will have the following:
  • Good knowledge of fault finding and diagnostics.
  • Ability to work on a wide range of vehicles.
  • Experience in all aspects of engine repairs. Head gaskets, timing belts, clutches etc.
  • Good communication skills to liaise with internal staff, suppliers and customers
  • A Current driving licence.
They will be:
  • Self-motivated, able to work using their own initiative but also as a team member.
  • Able to follow health and safety guidelines and operate in an orderly clean work area
Salary and benefits:The successful applicant can expect a salary of £24,000 - £36,000 per annum - the salary offered depends on your skills/hours worked and will be assessed again once you have settled in return.As well as having the opportunity to work for a friendly, family run business with a great atmosphere, you will also receive the following benefits:
