This is a key role within the business reporting into the Ecommerce Delivery Manager, supporting with the successful growth and expansion of numerous international websites, both transactional and non-transactional.This role will cover requirement gathering and refinement, backlog planning, prioritisation, bug resolution, UAT, release management and all project launches.You will assist with the day-to-day management of the sites, capture and define website requirements across multiple projects by liaising with team members & agencies. In addition, you will support with workshops, industry/competitor research, planning, documentcreation, data preparation and UAT.The role could be suitable for candidates from a variety of backgrounds, but what is key is; real ecommerce aptitude and interest, understanding in testing or how websites work, exposure to the non-coding aspects of web development either in house or at anagency.The role is hybrid based after your 3 months probation, with 50% of the time needed in the office, which due to its rural location would in most scenarios require you to drive.
