Job Description

Being one of Kettering’s most desirable companiesthis opportunity to work within their premier European Customer Service Division is an opportunity not to be missed.You’ll be responsible for ensuring that clients and franchise owners based in the Netherlands are provided with a top-notch Customer Service delivery where your drive to see through to completion any enquiry that comes your way is utilised along with yourstrong administrative and organisational skills.For this role a salary of £25,000 is offered along with other great benefits that we’d be happy to tell you about. 100% office based in Kettering, working 37.5 hrs per week with some flexibility on the start and finish times which will be discussed and confirmedat interview stage.Role responsibilities

  • Take incoming communication from European Franchisee’s and Customers both telephone and email based
  • Process orders along with Credits to Franchisee and Customer accounts in accordance with Service Level Agreements
  • Forward process and escalate any unresolved issues or queries to the relevant department or Team Leaders
  • Provide first class Administration support to the European Team and floating administrative support to the UK Team which includes raising Purchase Orders and Invoices
  • Liaise with multiple departments daily to complete task in hand when required
What we need from you
  • Fluency in Dutch both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail particularly when raising invoices and processing orders
  • A high level of competency when using Excel
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative, team environment who shows a high-level degree of common sense and a can do’ attitude
