Job Description

Digital Support OfficerOur client, a market leader in their field, is looking for an experienced Digital Support Officer to join their team.This position is office based with occasional travel to the German head office (once or twice a year).In this role you will be providing technical support relating to hardware, software and systems from end users and resellers.Required skills and experience include:

  • Experience supporting Windows 7, 8 and 10 operating systems as well as Windows server operating systems.
  • Essential to have a full understanding of networking principles, IPV4, DHCP, DNS.
  • Understanding of network Routers and Switches is essential.
  • Complete understanding of NFTS permissions, firewall and antivirus configuration.
  • Previous experience of software support, specifically medical or digital imaging software preferred but not essential.
  • Knowledge of DICOM would be useful.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to come up with solutions.
  • The ability to multi-task, working on multiple issues simultaneously.
  • Strong administration skills, record keeping and updating in-house system.
