Broster Buchanan are working with a very well known manufacturing business who are looking for a D365 ERP Delivery Manager to assist with their complex transformation from AX2012 to D365 F&O. This role would suit a D365 ERP Specialist with significantexperience delivering complex D365 ERP projects and some technical/functional understanding of D365.This is being offered as a 12 month outside IR35 contract and paying £550- £700 p/d. This role will be mostly remote, with 1 day in the clients Kettering office per week typically, with an occasional need to do 2 days per week.Responsibilities:* Project manage and oversee the technical delivery of their D365 and 3rd party environment landscape (integrations) ensuring environment plan supports the wider programme plan.* Plan and project manage the delivery of solutions, integrations and approved change requests through close day to day collaboration with 3rd parties and strategic partners.* Day to Day coordination and management of 3rd party multiple technical partners - as part of this delivery the client has 15-20 partners with c 90 system integrations in total.* Provide technical leadership across the Test Programme (SIT, UAT, NFT) to ensure that defects are resolved and quality acceptance criteria met.* Collaborate and work closely with the Data Migration Lead and IT Team to ensure that the data environment and integration platform meets business requirements to move data seamlessly around the ecosystem.* Analyse and understand non-functional requirements ensuring that the solution meets these requirements and coordinating the technical aspects of non-functional testing.* Working with the Digital Transformation team, and partners to develop the technical implementation cut-over plan including deployment readiness activities and go-live event planning.* Deliver "As-Built" documentation and knowledge articles to ensure that the environment can be handed over during service transition.* Owning the Technical and Environment plan to support the wider programme plan and managing build activity where required.* Ensuring Technical Design documentation and specifications are fit for purpose.Requirements:* Strong Project Management skills and significant experience delivering complex D365 ERP projects, including significant experience managing third party technical resources through complex implementations* Able to guide and advise on technical design documentation, ensuring specifications are fit for purpose* Some exposure to 1 or more of the SCM, Manufacturing or Logistics modules in D365 would be essential, and previous manufacturing industry experience highly desirable* Very strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholdersIf you are interested, please click apply and share your CV.
