Excellent role on offer for a customer support manager looking to work for a growing business who will provide training to make you a technical expert whilst looking to grow your team.Do you have team leader or any form of management experience Do you have experience with portals or ticketing systems onlineThis company have designed, installed, and maintained their own equipment from inception, and specialise in installing high end vehicle tracking systems operated remotely via ticketing and portals through cloud-based technology.They are currently looking for a customer support manager who will manage a small team, alongside working with the ticketing system to help resolve problems before an engineer would be required to go out.To be considered you must have some form of leadership experience, and have deal with IT, telecoms, cloud technology, portals, or some form of ticketing system.
