An exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Executive has arisen to join the worldwide leading supplier of locking systems and solutions used and recommended by main contractors, architects, specifiers and architectural ironmongers.BASIC SALARY: £23,000 - £26,000 basic (DOE)BENEFITS: Company Bonus (subject to performance) Contributory Pension 24 days Holiday plus StatsLOCATION: NorthamptonCOMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough, Market HarboroughJOB DESCRIPTION: Customer Service ExecutiveAfter undergoing a strategic business review, current company growth as well as opportunities that have arisen, we are now looking to strengthen our Customer Services team with a proven Customer Service Executive.The role will require you to provide a great customer service experience by efficient sales order processing, delivery scheduling and query resolution. To support the external sales team in the companys endeavour to continually improve customer loyalty andgain new business as well as working with other departments in ensuring "right first time "processesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer Service ExecutiveSales order process Liaise promptly with Credit Control with respect to accounts and orders blocked Proactive approach to ensure customers are kept up to date on order status Maintain customer price lists Be the main, front-line point of contact for all customers by phone/email To take full ownership for orders / queries through to resolution (Right First Time) Be responsible for the resolution of all queries / credits and goods returns Participate in product and system training as required Produce sales reports for both internal and external contacts Support the Project Managers with aspects of customer service PERSON SPECIFICATION: Customer Service ExecutiveYou will ideally come from a Customer Service or Sales Office administration background, although not essential as the character and drive of the successful candidate is the most important You will be well organised and efficient as well as being able to adopt a systematic and structured approach to tasks with the ability to prioritise. Good communication skills.
