Job Description

Customer Service Advisor - full time, permanent role - hybrid workingWe have an exciting full-time opportunity to work as a Customer Service Advisor in Corby! You must have previous customer service or contact centre experience.We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a highly experienced global provider of business processing and customer services. This role is hybrid working; therefore, you will be required to visit the office for training, to collaborate with your colleaguesand client representatives and for up-skilling.Join our growing team of Customer Service Advisors today and enjoy many benefits!What benefits can you expect

  • Hybrid working: office location is Corby, Northamptonshire. The first few weeks of training will be in the office.

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
  • Handle high volume inbound calls from customers and making customer calls.
  • Updating customer accounts accurately.
  • Working towards and meeting business targets.
  • Responding to customer bills.
  • Dealing with customer complaints.
  • Working as part of a team.
What are we looking for in our Customer Service Advisors
  • Previous customer service or contact centre experience (6-12 months, ideally) in a fast-paced, inbound contact centre environment. Experience in utilities would be advantageous.
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Good conversation skills with a positive outlook, enthusiasm, drive and motivation.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
Salary: £20,989 per annum.Hours: 39 hours per week, flexible shifts between 8am - 8pm Monday to Saturday.Training: Full training provided and paid for. Training in office in Corby.Location: Corby, UK.
