Job Description

Our client has been established since 1981 and are a traditional water treatment company who have expanded over the years into environmental and building services. They are now looking for a new contact support administrator to join their small friendlyteam.Key responsibilities:To work with their allocated team of Senior Account Managers and Account Managers to process all internal paperwork from quote stage through the final completion report. This will include;

  • Issuing small value quotes/clear sample results.
  • Processing Work Calculation Sheets (WCS).
  • Processing maintenance contract/additional work orders including RAMS.
  • Assist in the maintenance of quote/remedial action Logs.
  • Assist in the ordering of materials & labour.
  • Assist in the booking in of work.
  • Assist in the production of reports/spreadsheets.
  • Sending final reports and certificates.
  • Maintenance of the fleet spreadsheet and records.
  • Ensure all service work is completed as detailed under contractual agreements, in accordance with the company’s service standards (&/or client’s specification), using a mixture of PPM planning tools and online records.
  • Updating the internal training records.
  • Provide support to all members of the administrative team.
  • To present the company as a credible and professional service partner.
Person specification:
  • The successful candidate will have a "can do" attitude and be prepared to assist in other areas as required.

  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Manage conflicting priorities.
  • Verbal & written communication skills to a high standard of English.
  • Project a professional demeaner through appropriate verbal and non-verbal behaviours.
  • To be able to prioritise tasks to meet agreed deadlines.
  • Excellent IT skills.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pmSalary: Starting salary of £21,500 per annumBenefits:
