Job Description

We are currently recruiting Brazilian Portuguese speaking Contact Centre Agents to join our team in Portsmouth instance. you will be based in our Kettering location.Please be aware that we are not able to provide visa sponsorship or relocation packages.Does this sound like the ideal role for meIf you can fluently speak both Brazilian Portuguese and English and have the following skills or experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in a customer focussed role ideally within a call centre environment
  • Experience of handling complaints and managing customer expectations
  • A great team player with strong PC skills and high attention to detail
This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, 5 x 7.5 hour shifts between Monday - Sunday 10.00 - Midnight (working alternate weekends)What will I be doing in my new roleThis role is purely customer service and involves no sales! On a daily basis, you will be:
  • Handling enquiries over the phone and email ensuring that you identify and proactively seeking to resolve and support the needs of every customer
  • Completing various administrative duties, relating to benefits payments and complaints
  • Achieve and maintain individual performance standards to help meet departmental objectives and organisational service level agreements.
  • Representing the company in a professional manner at all times using internal guidelines, complaint documentation and expertise
