Are you a professional, team orientated person from a financial backgroundThe successful candidate will be responsible for auditing a variety of areas of the business to ensure compliance with our policies and procedures. The purpose of the role is to ensure the fair treatment of customers and compliance with Financial Conduct Authoritymatters and other applicable regulatory requirements.The successful candidate will be required to conduct telephone audits on applications and contracts completed to access compliance, whilst providing exceptional customer service in order to obtain relevant information. They will also be required to monitorcompliance as it relates to the Operations Manual, Financial Services Agreement Agreements, Modifying Agreements, or Hire Agreements. They will report comprehensive audit results in a timely manner as per our policy and guidelines.Must have excellent interpersonal skills, a good telephone manner, a strong personality and a positive, professional approach. The Audit Administrator will possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral and have a high level of competency inICT (Email, Word, Excel).The nature of our dynamic business will require an individual who is able to prioritise their work and have a high level of attention to detail. The successful candidate will be employed part time, working 20 hours per week (hours flexible) in the FinancialServices Department, reporting to the Compliance Coordinator.
