We work with lenders, intermediaries, social housing entities and estate agents in addition to private customers.A vacancy has arisen for a Fixed Term Contract Client Support Administrator to join the Post Valuation Query team at our head office in Kettering.Key responsibilities:Manage tasks through the work flow system, including processing new post valuation queries, chasing pipeline Post Valuation Queries, sense checking and sending responses back to lenders.Work to a tight turnaround time - ensuring that Post Valuation Queries are managed through in the expected time frames.Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls.Promote e.surv through excellent customer care and communication, ensuring client service turnaround and quality requirements are met on all occasions.Provide an efficient, effective and professional telephone service to all customers and achieve operational excellence in all aspects of activities, processes and procedures undertaken.Develop and maintain excellent staff relationships with internal colleagues and external clients, suppliers and customers, and present a professional image at all times.Undertake additional duties as required to ensure the objectives of the Post Valuation Query team are met.Required skills:The successful candidate must be able to:Demonstrate excellent customer service skillsWork effectively under pressurePrioritise multiple workloadsMeet tight deadlinesWork well on own initiativeBenefits and General Information
