Job Description

Job Title: CaretakerLocation: KetteringType: Full-time (Day shift, 37.5 hours)About Us:We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Caretake at our facility in Kettering. As a leading player in the industry, we pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality in all our products.Responsibilities:As a Technician, your responsibilities will include:

  • Provision of a comprehensive range of caretaking and cleaning duties
  • Completion of toilet logs detailing work undertaken
  • Security of site, opening and closing
  • Pool car safety and maintenance checks
  • Intruder and fire alarm call outs
  • Key holder
  • Conducting Health & Safety checks
  • Some heavy lifting will be required on occasions
  • Hospitality as required
About You:The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
  • Able to work as part of a team or alone
  • Flexible/adaptable
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Experience of building effective relationships across various departments
  • Full driving licence
  • Prepared to train and act as a first aider
  • Problem solving skills
