Job Title: Care Assistant - Part TimeLocation: KetteringSalary: £9.70 per hourJob type: Permanent - Part Time. Your hours of work will be 07.00 - 14.30 (early shift) or 14.30 - 22.00 (late shift) and you will be expected to work on a permanent rolling rota of three shifts on, three shifts off. Your responsibilities will include personal care, getting ready for the day/nightahead, assisting with meals (food and nutrition) and providing day to day social interaction which is just as important as each individuals physical wellbeing.Being a Care Assistant is a busy role where our residents needs will be your top priority. You will be supported by a senior in charge on every shift as well as a hands on management team who are in the home each day. You will ensure all resident activityis recorded effectively (training will be provided) and any concerns are highlighted in a timely manner.You will quickly become part of the care home family and lets be honest, our team members are what makes our home a great place to live and work!We are looking for individuals who have a passion for care (first and foremost) and those who are keen to be the best in the sector.
