AV/VC Technical Engineer

Our established client based in Kettering is recruiting a AV/VC Technical Engineer on a permanent basis.Role & Responsibilities

Main responsibilities will be to complete client support, either remotely, or onsite around the UK.
Assist with installation of projects, including set up, commissioning and training of new hardware.
Working within the AV team you will assist the Account Managers in providing Audio Visual / VC designs, specifications and detailed quotation / proposals.
You must be a self-starter with strong attention to detail.
In addition when not assisting with the above the applicant will possess AV/VC systems knowledge and be able to provide costs, design and scope of works ensuring successful project handover and completion.

Preferred Skills but Training Provided:

CTS/CTS-I/CTS-D Certification. (AV Team currently progressing with CTS Certification)
Familiarity with POLY VC / DSP, Cisco VC, AMX, Crestron, basic tools to work with dedicated system programmers – for example POLY Studio and Crestron Toolbox.
