Many of the world’s best-known brands count on CEVA to serve their markets - so why wouldn’t you join our team!About the RoleOur new operation in Kettering has an excellent opportunity for an Administration Manager who will provide support for all onsite CEVA administration including payroll, purchasing and reporting.Reporting to the General Manager you will supervise a team of administrators ensuring the effective and efficient co-ordination of all site admin procedures, produce weekly and monthly statistical reports as required by contract management and central functions and liaise with clients and central functions teams in order to collate necessary information to enable timely billing and invoicing of clients weekly and monthly activities. You will maintain on-site personnel records to the required standards, undertake all administrative processes, including payroll, purchase ledger, agency records and processing employee paperwork through HR, ensuring all processes are completed in a timely manner and in line with company policies and procedures.You will drive a diverse team to achieve customer service and operational excellence whilst instilling a continuous improvement, best in class culture that drives a business forward and take a hands-on approach to coach, motivate and develop your team, ensuring any absence or capability and conduct issues are managed in line with company policies and procedures.You will investigate service failures and ensure that appropriate remedial actions are put in place and maintain an optimal level of operational efficiency and resources at all times, ensuring operational procedures and processes meet quality requirements, driving performance improvements through auditing processes and robust reporting mechanisms.Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in administration management ideally within a fast paced 3PL logistics operation. It is key that you are capable of using various systems and MS packages and possess demonstrable experience of cost control, organisational and problem solving skills as well as strong leadership and collaborative skills with a mind-set that looks to create a high performance culture through coaching and development.
