Job Description

We have been asked to recruit an Accounts Team Leader for a company based in Kettering.Reporting into the Head of Accounting, youll be responsible for manging a small team, providing technical and personal expertise to the leadership teams.This is a great role to take your career to the next level and build on your current skill set.The company is very niche in what they do, they support businesses with the day-to-day essentials of running a business, from accounts through to supply chain and operations.Below is an overview of what youll be doing

  • Provide technical/professional expertise and leadership to the teams.
  • Effectively lead, engage, and manage a small team of Management Accounts Assistants and Financial Accounts Assistants.
  • Proactively support the teams learning and development both technically and commercially.
  • Establish, and direct, process and performance improvement.
  • Take accountability for updating and supporting training.
  • Manage all processes to fulfil all compliance deadlines.
  • Responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of client processing and periodic reports as required.
  • Assist with the building of client relationships by delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Carry out ad hoc support to Financial Accounts team, Head of Financial Accounts and Directors as required.
