As our 1st Line IT Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for working on new and existing tickets that come through via phone calls and emails from colleagues around the business, alongside and working with our external IT support providers.The support required may include hardware and software support across various platforms; setting up new IT equipment; network troubleshooting and support; VoIP and more.This 1st line role can be an office or hybrid position, working full time Monday to Friday 8:30-5pm, paying an excellent salary of £26,000 per annum,This 1st line support role is ideal for an individual who enjoys solving problems, excels in communicating with others and places the customer first.Skills needed for the 1st line support opportunity:
