Job Description

Sales Coordinator/ AdministratorSalary- £25,000-£30,000Monday- Friday £20,000-£30,000PermanentKestonA new and exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a fast growing and ambitious client of ours who quickly becoming the market leaders in the plant hire industry.The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients who are looking to make an order, this will include walk in appointments, calls and emails. This is a varied and fast pace role which will involve resolving customer queries and building long lasting relationships with new and existing customers whilst delivering a processional service providing the best customer experience within the plant hire industryFor this role we are asking that you would of worked in a role which requires paying great attention to detail and working under pressure. It is desirable that you have worked with plant/tool hire previously but not essential as training will be provided.Key Duties

  • Ensuring all customer orders are processed correctly
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Building relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of existing and new fleet items
  • What we are looking for
  • Experience in a customer focused role
  • Professional manner and great with people
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Syrinx is desirable
