The candidate will use Visualfiles and Elite case management systems from day to day in the role. Further, the candidate must have a solid understanding of the role, including navigating of any changes to the Inheritance Tax rules. The incoming candidate will contribute to a thorough Private Client department that consistently provides informed service on matters relating to disputes over estates, for example. The department is experienced in matters of foreign assets and therefore, the ideal candidate will be expected to understand the according legal proceedings.Person specificationApplications are sought from Private Client Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years’ experience. The ideal candidate will be a team worker with a ‘can do’ attitude, who can take on an already existing caseload in a busy department. The incoming solicitor will be able to provide a proven track record of meeting and exceeding their targets. They will be a friendly and professional individual, who can help the team through their work on Probates.
