I am currently recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s leading property developers who are looking to employ an experienced new home sales negotiator. They have established a reputation for delivering high spec design led, mixed use developments across the UK. They require an enthusiastic and committed sales person who is able to covert a large amount of enquiries into sales on a busy development in Kent.Responsibilities will include:· Assisting customers around the marketing suite, noting enquiries and influencing sales.· Take responsibility for maintaining the presentation of show homes and the sales office.· Liaising with and selling to potential buyers.· Management of the companys database: ensuring you keep track of all data.· Taking telephone calls, answering website enquiries and registering new applicants.Previous experience of new homes sales is essential for this role, including a working knowledge of Help to Buy procedures.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to further their career in property sales or looking to move to a leading developer with an achievable and realistic OTE of £55,000 and clear progression path.
