    • I’m currently working with one of the market leading Marina companies in the United Kingdom who are now looking at expanding the already successful General Management skills to an additional Marina of theirs. Your main roles and responsibilities will be to ensure a smooth and successful running of all day-to-day operations of the Marina, whilst being accountable for all performance and budgets on site. In addition to this you will be expected to manage the Marina P&L effectively in order to deliver a profitable budget.About you:
  • To have operated businesses with a turnover in excess of £3M
  • To have previously operated in the leisure or marine leisure industry
  • Have a proven track record of sales growth in either a retail or B to B environment
  • Able to provide first class Customer Service, Leadership & Communication Skills
  • Be results orientated and keen to make improvements to already established businesses.
