A leading financial services organisation based in Kent is currently looking to recruit a Head of FP&A. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward thinking and employee focussed business in a key role. Your responsibilities will include:- Leading the Group Cost Partnering team and processes including budget planning, analysis and reporting- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and budget owners, challenging on results as necessary and highlighting risks to budget- Driving the function forward to improve reporting, analysis and insights that may be derived from budgetary and spend data- Creating and maintaining cost allocation models to the business for input into key processes.- Tracking cost synergies as a result of Group initiatives- Maintaining a close working relationship with Investor Relations providing key information and ad-hoc analysis- Ensuring clear roles and responsibilities for individuals in the team- Developing detailed understanding of the Group cost base and be able to explain the financial position to both Finance and non-Finance professionalsThe successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified and have experience of managing teams, a practical understanding of management accounting principles, planning, budgeting and forecasting.
