We have realigned our services and increased staffing capacity to ensure our staff feel supported to achievethe best outcomes for our children, young people and families.We have also invested in our learning and development offer, launched a new career progression framework and are in the process of embedding Signs of Safety as our relationship based practice model.Youwill manage a caseload within a framework of appropriate reflective supervision, undertaking focused, analytical assessments, SMART plans and reviews, ensuring all vulnerable children and young adults with disabilities receive a service that reflects the Councilscommitment to child and adult safeguarding and meaningful transition into young adulthood.As a registered social worker with 2 years post qualifying experience you will be able to demonstrate and model good practice that reflects a commitment to relationshipand strengths-based practice, working collaboratively with children and their families.
