Job Description

Our client is looking for an Office Coordinator to help run their busy West London office. The role will be to support to the sales and lettings negotiators with administration and liaison with their clients, contractors, and maintenance team.The ideal candidate will have preferably 6-12 months property experience with administration experience highly desired.Main responsibilities include:

  • Attend to the phones when the negotiators are unavailable
  • Manage key logging
  • Send valuation and instruction letters
  • Add valuations and instructions to VECO (operating system) for both sales and lettings.
  • Manage the files for the lettings properties with photos, floorplans, and compliance documents
  • Ensuring the files are kept up to date at all times
  • Order window cards and create brochures for the lettings properties
  • Assist the team with logging IT issues
  • Create valuation packs for lettings (flats and houses comparable packs)
  • Raise and send copy invoices to accounts
  • General office duties including post and stationary
Experience needed:
  • 6-12 months property experience (preferable)
  • Administration experience (highly desired)
  • Highly organised
  • Acute attention to detail
  • The ability to work well as a team
  • Strong IT skills
  • Impeccable time management skills
