Hospitality Manager Hours: Full time Permanent including weekendsSalary: £27,000 per annumLocation: (1) Exeter Court Hotel A38 Kennford EX6 7UX (2) Queens Court Hotel 6-8 Bystoke Terrace Exeter EX4 4HYBancourt Leisure Limited is looking for a Hospitality Manager to join their team to take over the hospitality operations of the hotels run by the company. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing theday-to-day running and the strategic planning of the hotel operations; ensuring the delivery of exceptional service standards across all areas. You will be required to have their hands-on approach and has experience managing teams. Along with day-to-day managementof the functions, you will oversee the planning, quality assurance, hospitality, financial aspects, including budgeting & stock control.The main duties will include the following:- To assume operational responsibility, quality assurance and drive the performance of the business- To ensure efficient operations including delivery of guest service excellence, and maximizing revenue and profitability across all areas in line with budget expectations- Responsible and accountable for the detailed planning, client management, implementation, operations, service delivery, and management of all hospitality areas and private suites for private and commercial events- Accountable as a hospitality lead and client liaison for small and large scale commercial and private hospitality events, proposing and planning package offerings across the entire spectrum of events and service styles - being current and innovative inmarket trends- Working to maximize sales of these packages and menus whilst ensuring client and customer satisfaction is not just met but exceeded.- Direct management of operations teams and casual frontline staff to deliver exceptional, market-leading hospitality service delivery.The successful candidate must be a degree holder in a relevant discipline, a self-motivated forward-thinking person with proven management experience, and demonstrate guest focus relations along with business commercial awareness.
